The ScoutX Testnet has been a huge success among the community since its launch. However, we’ve identified some of the key concerns and have added some new features to overcome them on Testnet.
One major area we’ve come across is bridging the gap between the web2 and web3 communities. Web3 can be a daunting and challenging experience for a large set of audiences who aren’t familiar with the intricacies of blockchain and wallet creations.
Along the same lines, we are proud to showcase what we have been working hard to provide a seamless experience for people at large to become part of the Web3 community with our latest Testnet launch.
While people with existing wallets are still allowed to connect as per the norm, not everyone has access to one or is aware of the nuances of the web3 world. A simple email log-in with no password — staying true to web3 — would allow you to create an account on ScoutX and get investing in athlete earnings!
- Sign up easily to ScoutX with your email via Magic Link. Once you enter your email, check your inbox for the email with the subject “Log in to ScoutX” and click on the large button in the email. Once accepted, you can return back to your original tab and you now have a new proxy wallet to use for ScoutX! We also airdrop a certain amount of tMATIC tokens for you to get yourself going!
- As we get closer to launching the main-net, we will also allow for a seamless onramp experience to load USDC in the wallet without the need to go to centralized or decentralized exchanges. For now a testnet experience, we will automatically airdrop you $SUSD tokens when you create a new account via your email so that you can start making test trades
